• Cornhole by Tarmann will not be held liable for injuries that occur while boards created by Cornhole by Tarmann are being used or transported.
• By clicking the "Add to Cart" button and completing the checkout for a board rental the buyer agrees to take appropriate care of the boards and bags and are fully responsible for any damage that occurs while they are in their possession.
• Damages caused to any rental boards or bags in the renters possession can result in a fee (as described here):
  • Damage above and beyond normal wear and tear (determined by a combination of the following: large scrapes, gouges, damaged bags, leg damages) - $35.00
  • Significant damages (one or both of the boards cannot be used again) - $75.00
